Portfolio Preparation Services
• Provide fair and honest constructive critique about current artistic development
• Give concrete suggestions for improving portfolio
• Give individualized assignments and critique to create portfolio art if needed
• Help select art courses to develop portfolio at high school, pre-college program, and/or outside institutions
• Suggest pre-college summer programs to attend and help apply
• Select strongest works for portfolio and explain why
• Professionally photograph portfolios digitally [all photos on this site were taken by me of client's work]
• Tailor portfolios for each type of program application
• Portfolio image cleaning and editing [all photos on this site were edited by me of client's work]
• Resizing digital images for each application
College Counseling Services
• Assist in developing a college list and narrowing choices to find a good “fit” based on interests and artwork
• Discuss differences between BA and BFA programs and help students decide which degree is best for them
• Help students evaluate whether a liberal arts college / university or a college of art is best for them
• Help students decide which colleges of art they are interested in by reviewing my campus tour photographs
• Provide advice for selecting recommenders
• Review college essays and make suggestions for improvement
• Provide information about financial aid
• Assist with the college transfer process
